By accessing or using the POSGO application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

POSGO provides point-of-sale, inventory management, analytics, and business management tools. The services are subject to continuous updates and improvements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. Store owners are additionally responsible for the activities of employee (cashier) accounts created under their owner ID.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Cashier access and other premium features depend on your active subscription status.
5. Intellectual Property
Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of POSGO and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall POSGO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
